Elaine Marshall – Partner
A founding partner of empower Business Solutions Elaine Marshall brings 20+ years experience in implementing ERP solutions to the team. Certified on Sage Accpac ERP, Plus Series she has been involved in over 600 successful project implementations. Elaine also has over 18 years installing and maintaining network environments such as, Novell, Peer-to-Peer, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Terminal Services.

Throughout Elaine’s career she has been acknowledged in the industry as a leading consultant by her peers and has earned the respect of her clients.

Jeff Campbell – Partner
Jeff Campbell has been involved in the Sage Accpac community for over 12 years. Beginning his working career as an accountant Jeff worked through the 4^th level of the CMA program. After a career change from accounting to a Sage Accpac solution consultant Jeff earned certifications on Sage Accpac ERP and Plus Series and also maintains Sage Accpac and Microsoft Certified Sales Consultant certifications.

Very quickly Jeff earned the respect and recognition of one of the industries rising stars and currently sits on Sage Accpac’s Business Partner Advisory Council as well as Sage Accpac’s Product Advisory Council.

Terri Orchard – Senior Consultant
Terri Orchard joined empower in January 2005 bringing over 10 years of industry knowledge to the team. Not only did Terri bring Sage Accpac knowledge and experience to the team she brought 10+ years of financial and operational expertise she earned as a Senior Accountant for several high tech companies.

As a certified solution consultant for Sage Accpac ERP, Plus Series and Microsoft Great Plains Terri has been involved in over 200 successful implementations has earned the respect and recognition as one of the industry’s leading consultants.

She is an expert in Seagate Crystal Reports Design.

Randy Kissick – CRM Technician
Randy was added to the empower team in February 2006 to add additional technical expertise and support to empower’s growing clientele. With over 16 years installing and maintaining corporate network solutions Randy was a natural fit to satisfy the needs of clients requiring customization to their Sage Accpac CRM solutions.

Lorrie Leins – Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative
Lorrie joined the empower team in October 2005 bringing with her 25 years experience in customer service working with Telus. Lorrie is responsible for empower operations including client services, scheduling and administration. She manages resources and reporting on progress, timelines and milestones to ensure project stay on-time and on-budget. Lorrie’s experience at empower, along with her team leadership, communication and client relationship skills make her a driving force behind empower’s continued success.

Debbie Robinson – Sales and Marketing
Debbie join empower in August 2006, she has been Certified Sage Accpac Solution Consultant and Sage Accpac Certified Sales Consultant for over 16 years. With over 300 successful implementations she earned the respect and recognition as one of the industry’s leading consultants. Debbie was a VP of Business Development with BDO Dunwoody LLP in Ontario prior to joining the empower team. Her role with empower is Project Management and Sales and Marketing.
